Beginning October 30th, the 学生健康 Center will implement a "No-Show" fee of $15. We reserve the right to charge your student 爪子 account for appointments not kept or not canceled up to 2 hours before the appointment.

The Health Center has moved to its new location on campus. The health center is now located in the Education Health Science Center (EHSC) on the 1st floor.

Students can upload COVID-19 test results through the 病人门户. Click on "Upload Covid -19 test" tab that is located on the homepage after logging in. If you have trouble uploading your COVID-19 test results, please contact the health center.

Please make sure your name, Date of birth (DOB) and date of COVID-19 test is on your upload.

The 学生健康 Center provides treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, women’s and men’s health issues and programs that emphasize wellness. 在必要的时候, the 学生健康 Center staff can refer students to community agencies, hospitals and specialists.

Medical Absence Excuses

Medical excuses are not provided.

It is advised that students schedule appointments for a time that does not conflict with their classes. The student is responsible for meeting each instructor's requirements regarding class attendance.

Missing class due to a routine illness such as a cold, should be discussed with your faculty member. 学生健康 Center does not give medical excuses for these types of illness or due to appointments with the 学生健康 Center that could have been scheduled at other times.

If you miss class because of a scheduled appointment, you can use your receipt as verification for the appointment, 然而, it will NOT indicate that your absence was justified.

Under no circumstances will we verify illness or absence for anyone not treated by staff.
